A dose of milk for a dose of chocolate. Pour the milk and the mixture into a saucepan (very low heat), stir with a wooden spoon. After 3 to 5 minutes, the texture changes, becoming creamy, very smooth. Flavor according to your choice with spices: cinnamon, cardamom... Serve the chocolate immediately...
