Vinification, aging: Grenache 60%: Concrete vats and truncated wooden vats. Syrah 40%: Stainless steel vats and 600L Burgundy demi-muids.

Tasting: Black cherry color, notes of garrigue,

elderberry and blackcurrant. Ample, fleshy, coated tannins.

Food pairing: Confit lamb, lamb navarin, tagine

and small game.
