Historical assembly of the Moulin Paradis which is at the origin.

This vintage is assembled each year by the master Moulinier who selects certain olives according to their maturity and their terroir to compose a very fruity oil, with little bitterness.

Its aromas are reminiscent of tapenade, black olives and prunes and will perfectly highlight raw vegetables, marinades and starchy foods. Some gourmands attribute cocoa flavors to it!
