White wine - GENERATIONS 2022 WHITE 75cl

MAS CARLOT - Générations 2022 Vinified at low temperature, to maximize the aromas of the three grape varieties (Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier) and obtain a subtle balance between freshness and deliciousness. Made from vines almost 50 years old, this white wine opens on the nose with notes of apricots, peach jam and honeysuckle. The fruity flavor, intense on the attack, leaves notes of lychees on the finish. This wine, round and expressive, can be enjoyed between 8 and 10°C and can be kept for three years.

Grape varieties: Roussanne 50%, Marsanne 40%, Viognier 10%.
Terroir: Vines planted on the rolled pebble soils of the Rhône.
Vinification: Skin maceration preceding aging in concrete vats.
