Raspberry jam 360gr

Amélie and Trazate have a chestnut grove and orchards which they exploit, as well as a production of red fruits which they transform, as in the past, into delicious artisanal products.

Wild or cultivated, the fruits are ripened by sun and wind in the Cévennes region. They are transformed while respecting their flavor.

Ingredients:

Raspberries and cane sugar from organic farming, pectin.

Prepared with 50g of fruit for 100g of jam.
