Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa - Maturation 6 months in Cognac barrels

Limited series of 200 tablets. This chocolate made from Cacao beans from Chuao has been matured for 6 months in oak barrels emptied of its cognac shortly before. This long "refining" allowed the chocolate to soak up the aromas of the barrel. The result lives up to our hopes: the profile of the chocolate has evolved towards more roundness and length in the mouth. The fruity and woody aromas of cognac are subtly revealed on the palate.
